- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups stuffing
- 1 cup shredded turkey
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, stuffing, shredded turkey, Parmesan cheese, and beaten egg. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized rounds and roll each one in bread crumbs.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
