  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups stuffing
  • 1 cup shredded turkey
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, stuffing, shredded turkey, Parmesan cheese, and beaten egg. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized rounds and roll each one in bread crumbs.
  4. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
