  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 star fruit (carambola), sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Edible flowers (optional)
  • Shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Peel, core, and slice them as needed, aiming for a variety of shapes and sizes for visual appeal.
  2. Arrange the larger fruits (pineapple, melon, papaya) as the base on a large serving tray.
  3. Layer smaller fruits like berries and kiwi in clusters around the base.
  4. Add citrus slices, dragon fruit, and star fruit to fill in gaps.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves or edible flowers, and sprinkle shredded coconut lightly over the top.
  6. Chill for 20-30 minutes before serving.
