Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Peel, core, and slice them as needed, aiming for a variety of shapes and sizes for visual appeal.
- Arrange the larger fruits (pineapple, melon, papaya) as the base on a large serving tray.
- Layer smaller fruits like berries and kiwi in clusters around the base.
- Add citrus slices, dragon fruit, and star fruit to fill in gaps.
- Garnish with mint leaves or edible flowers, and sprinkle shredded coconut lightly over the top.
- Chill for 20-30 minutes before serving.
