- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold), whipped to stiff peaks
- Mango, diced (for layering)
- Strawberries, sliced (for layering)
- Ladyfinger cookies or cake pieces (for layering)
- Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- In a trifle dish, layer the ladyfinger cookies or cake pieces, followed by a layer of the cheesecake mixture, then add a layer of diced mango and sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheesecake mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with additional fruit and mint leaves if desired.
