Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold), whipped to stiff peaks
  • Mango, diced (for layering)
  • Strawberries, sliced (for layering)
  • Ladyfinger cookies or cake pieces (for layering)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. In a trifle dish, layer the ladyfinger cookies or cake pieces, followed by a layer of the cheesecake mixture, then add a layer of diced mango and sliced strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheesecake mixture on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with additional fruit and mint leaves if desired.
