- 2 cups Oreo crumbs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Chocolate shavings
- Fresh berries

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in granulated sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract, beating in eggs one at a time. Stir in melted chocolate and cocoa powder.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and bake for 60-70 minutes until set. Let cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
- Melt 1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips and whip 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold melted chocolate into whipped cream.
- Spread mousse over the cooled cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- For the ganache, heat and stir 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup heavy cream until smooth. Pour over the mousse layer.
- Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. Allow the cheesecake to cool slowly to avoid cracks.
