A decadent dessert that layers rich chocolate mousses made with dark, milk, and white chocolate for an indulgent treat.

- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dark chocolate mousse)
- 1 cup heavy cream (for milk chocolate mousse)
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for milk chocolate mousse)
- 1 cup heavy cream (for white chocolate mousse)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for white chocolate mousse)
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
- Fresh raspberries
- Edible flowers, for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing it.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. Let the base cool completely.
- For the dark chocolate mousse, whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in the melted dark chocolate, then spread it over the cooled base. Chill to set.
- Repeat the same steps for the milk chocolate and white chocolate mousse, chilling each layer before adding the next.
- Once all the mousse layers are set, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with fresh raspberries and edible flowers.
Notes
Ensure that the cream is very cold before whipping it for the mousse. Be gentle when folding the melted chocolate into the whipped cream to keep the mousse light and airy.
