- 200g dark chocolate, chopped

- 1 cup heavy cream (for milk chocolate mousse)
- 200g milk chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar (for milk chocolate mousse)
- 1 cup heavy cream (for white chocolate mousse)
- 200g white chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar (for white chocolate mousse)
- Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the base and chill.
- For the dark chocolate mousse: Heat heavy cream, pour over dark chocolate, stir until smooth, cool slightly, fold in sugar, pour over the chilled base, and refrigerate.
- For the milk chocolate mousse: Repeat the process and layer it over the dark chocolate mousse; chill again.
- For the white chocolate mousse: Repeat the process and layer it on top of the milk chocolate mousse; chill the entire cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
Ensure each mousse layer is completely chilled before adding the next to set properly. Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
