Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the white, milk, and dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop out rounded tablespoons of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
