Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz (680g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. For the crust: In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  3. For the cheesecake: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Beat in the sour cream and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Divide the cheesecake batter into three equal parts. Mix the melted semi-sweet chocolate into one part, the white chocolate into another, and the milk chocolate into the third part.
  5. Pour the three batters alternately into the crust to create layers.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
  7. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before decorating.
  8. Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries before serving.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth batter. Allow the cheesecake to cool slowly to avoid cracks on the surface.
