Description
A rich and creamy dessert that combines three types of chocolate with classic cheesecake flavor, perfect for any chocolate lover.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Oreo crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz (680g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
- Fresh berries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- For the crust: In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- For the cheesecake: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Beat in the sour cream and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Divide the cheesecake batter into three equal parts. Mix the melted semi-sweet chocolate into one part, the white chocolate into another, and the milk chocolate into the third part.
- Pour the three batters alternately into the crust to create layers.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before decorating.
- Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth batter. Allow the cheesecake to cool slowly to avoid cracks on the surface.
