Description

Rich and fudgy brownies packed with dark, milk, and white chocolate, perfect for any chocolate craving.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (85g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (85g) dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup (85g) milk chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup (85g) white chocolate chunks
  • Extra chocolate chunks for topping (optional)
  • A drizzle of melted chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the dark, milk, and white chocolate chunks until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. For extra indulgence, sprinkle additional chocolate chunks on top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing into squares. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
