- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a round cake pan.

- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the buttermilk. Mix until everything is combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Heat the heavy cream until hot, but not boiling. Pour it over the chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
- Let the ganache cool slightly, then spread it over the cake.
- Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the ganache for an extra chocolatey touch.
- Allow the cake to set for about 30 minutes before slicing.
Notes
