Description

A delightful sandwich featuring crispy bacon and three types of gooey cheese on buttery toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 6 slices thick sourdough or country bread
  • 6 strips crispy cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded provolone
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice. On the unbuttered side, layer the mozzarella, followed by the crispy bacon, then the cheddar, and finally the provolone. Top with another slice of bread, making sure the buttered side is facing outward.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each sandwich for 3–4 minutes on each side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
  3. Cut the sandwiches in half and stack them up for a beautiful cheese pull presentation. Serve hot!
