Ingredients

- 2 cups blackberries
- 2 cups grape juice
- 3 packets of melted, hydrated gelatin
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 190 grams cubed cream cheese
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the blackberries and strain to remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the blackberry puree with grape juice and melted gelatin.
- Pour the gelatin mixture into cups and refrigerate until set.
- In another bowl, mix the plain yogurt with evaporated milk until smooth. Layer this mixture over the set gelatin in cups and return to the fridge.
- Blend the cream cheese with half-and-half cream until smooth and pour over the yogurt layer.
- Refrigerate until fully set before serving.
Notes
For variations, use different fruit juices and customize the flavors with other fruits like strawberries or mangoes.
