Description

A fun and colorful dessert with layers of blackberry, yogurt, and cream cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 2 cups grape juice
  • 3 packets of melted, hydrated gelatin
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 190 grams cubed cream cheese
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup half-and-half cream

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the blackberries and strain to remove seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix the blackberry puree with grape juice and melted gelatin.
  3. Pour the gelatin mixture into cups and refrigerate until set.
  4. In another bowl, mix the plain yogurt with evaporated milk until smooth. Layer this mixture over the set gelatin in cups and return to the fridge.
  5. Blend the cream cheese with half-and-half cream until smooth and pour over the yogurt layer.
  6. Refrigerate until fully set before serving.

Notes

For variations, use different fruit juices and customize the flavors with other fruits like strawberries or mangoes.
