A simple and delicious sandwich that combines fresh tomatoes, onions, and kosher dill pickles for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- Kosher dill pickle, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise or butter (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the bread if desired.
- Spread mayonnaise or butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the tomato slices on one slice of bread.
- Add the onion slices on top of the tomatoes.
- Place the kosher dill pickle slices on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the second slice of bread, cut in half, and serve.

Best served fresh, can be enjoyed with chips or a salad.
