- 3 ripe tomatoes, finely diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette or Italian loaf in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Parmesan cheese (if using).
- Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the bread halves.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the bread is crispy and the tomatoes are slightly roasted.
