Delightful Tiramisu Caramel Brownies combine the richness of brownies with the creaminess of tiramisu, layered with chocolate, coffee, and caramel.

- 1 box (18.25 oz) brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlua)
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan by greasing and flouring it.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into your prepared pan.
- In another bowl, combine the cooled brewed espresso and coffee liqueur, stirring well.
- Gently pour half of this espresso mixture over the brownie batter.
- In a separate bowl, blend the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread this mascarpone mixture over the espresso layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the mascarpone layer.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top, followed by the rest of the espresso mixture.
- Swirl the layers together gently with a knife or toothpick.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
- Let cool in the pan before slicing and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for about a week. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
