- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 60 g melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, and then gradually add to the egg mixture, mixing well.
- Stir in the melted butter until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.

Serve plain or with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Pairs well with fresh berries or whipped cream.
