Scale
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
- 1/2 cup chopped green beans
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
- In a skillet with oil, cook garlic and chili until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Toss in green beans and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of sugar. Let simmer until everything is glazed and savory.

- Plate warm jasmine rice, top with the spicy beef-green bean mix, and crown it all with that fried egg. Sprinkle black pepper on top.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavors. Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer chili flakes. For a sweeter taste, increase sugar accordingly.
