- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups green beans, trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small red chili, thinly sliced (optional, for heat)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until it’s browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and the optional red chili, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the green beans to the pan and stir fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Notes
