- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, chicken broth, lime juice, and honey to create the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, salad greens, carrots, bell pepper, and cilantro.
