Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, chicken broth, lime juice, and honey to create the dressing.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, salad greens, carrots, bell pepper, and cilantro.
