Instructions
- In a pan, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the red bell pepper and carrots, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves as wraps.
