- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut out large pieces of aluminum foil.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, teriyaki sauce, olive oil, and bell pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture onto the center of each foil piece.
- Fold the foil to create packets.
- Place foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Carefully open the packets and serve.
Notes
For quicker cooking, cut the chicken into smaller pieces. Add vegetables like broccoli or snap peas for more variety.
