Delicious cookies combining Teddy Grahams, gooey marshmallows, and rich chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups marshmallows, broken into chunks
  • 2030 pieces of Hershey’s chocolate
  • 2 cups Honey Teddy Grahams

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease cookie sheets with baking spray or line with baking mats.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract, then add the eggs one at a time, stirring slowly after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the butter and sugar mixture, stirring until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the marshmallow chunks, chocolate chips, and 1 cup of Honey Teddy Grahams.
  6. Chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheets, placing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are slightly crispy.
  9. Top each warm cookie with remaining Teddy Grahams and Hershey’s chocolate immediately after baking.
  10. Allow cookies to cool on the pan for 10-15 minutes before enjoying.

Notes

For best results, ensure butter is at room temperature and do not skip the chilling step. Feel free to add more marshmallows or chocolate chips for a gooier cookie.
