Description

An exciting twist on the classic burger featuring juicy beef patties, teriyaki sauce, grilled pineapple, and onion rings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce (plus extra for glazing)
  • 2 pineapple rings
  • 2 thick onion rings
  • 2 brioche burger buns
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños or Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with teriyaki sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into burger patties.
  2. Preheat your grill and cook the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Add the pineapple and onion rings to the grill and cook until charred.
  3. During the last minute of grilling, brush the patties with extra teriyaki sauce for added flavor.
  4. Toast the brioche buns. On each bun, stack a patty, grilled pineapple, and onion. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce to your taste.
