- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 large egg
- Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Pour into the cooled crust.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and one egg. Spread this mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set and a knife inserted comes out clean. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and crumbled graham crackers.
