Description

A delightful and easy dessert made with layers of biscuits, milk, and cream, perfect for gatherings or as a special treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 packet of rich tea or Marie biscuits
  • 1 can of condensed milk (397 grams)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 100 ml of coffee
  • 2 cartons of cream (200 ml each)
  • 1 large carton of custard
  • Whipped cream
  • Some dry biscuits for sprinkling on top

Instructions

  1. Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan.
  2. Combine the egg yolks and stir well.
  3. Add the milk and continue stirring.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
  5. Crush the biscuits, saving some dry ones to sprinkle on top later.
  6. Mix the crushed biscuits with the coffee.
  7. In a container, pour a layer of the creamy mixture.
  8. Add a layer of the coffee biscuit mixture.
  9. Follow with a layer of custard.
  10. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used.
  11. Top the pudding with whipped cream and biscuit crumbs.
  12. Optionally, use a whole biscuit to decorate.
  13. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
