Ingredients

- 1 packet of rich tea or Marie biscuits
- 1 can of condensed milk (397 grams)
- 250 ml milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 100 ml of coffee
- 2 cartons of cream (200 ml each)
- 1 large carton of custard
- Whipped cream
- Some dry biscuits for sprinkling on top
Instructions
- Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan.
- Combine the egg yolks and stir well.
- Add the milk and continue stirring.
- Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly.
- Crush the biscuits, saving some dry ones to sprinkle on top later.
- Mix the crushed biscuits with the coffee.
- In a container, pour a layer of the creamy mixture.
- Add a layer of the coffee biscuit mixture.
- Follow with a layer of custard.
- Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used.
- Top the pudding with whipped cream and biscuit crumbs.
- Optionally, use a whole biscuit to decorate.
- Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
