Description

Ingredients

  • Yellow food coloring
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Buttercream frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add the unsalted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  4. Mix in yellow food coloring until you achieve your desired shade.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Once baked, let the cake cool. Then, cover the top with chocolate ganache.
  7. Use buttercream frosting to pipe sunflower petals and rosettes on the cake.
