- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberries, halved

- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place the burrata in the center of a large serving plate.
- Arrange the sliced peaches, strawberries, cherries, and blackberries around it.
- Drizzle the burrata with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed pistachios and cracked black pepper.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves between the fruit for color and aroma.
