Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 cup cherries, pitted (some whole for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the burrata in the center of a large serving plate.

  3. Drizzle the burrata with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed pistachios and cracked black pepper.
