Description

A fresh and flavorful burger combining juicy beef with a creamy feta spread, topped with crisp lettuce and fresh tomatoes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 sesame seed buns, toasted
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Make Feta Spread: In a bowl, mix feta, cream cheese, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Form Patties: Mix the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. Grill: Cook the burgers on medium-high heat for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. Assemble: Start with a toasted bottom bun. Place a lettuce leaf, a burger patty, a slice of tomato, and a generous scoop of the feta spread on top. Add the top bun to finish.
  5. Serve: Enjoy your burger hot with a side of chips or a fresh salad!

Notes

Store leftover components separately. The feta spread can be prepared a day in advance.
