Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 sesame seed buns, toasted
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 slices tomato
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Make Feta Spread: In a bowl, mix feta, cream cheese, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Form Patties: Mix the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Grill: Cook the burgers on medium-high heat for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Assemble: Start with a toasted bottom bun. Place a lettuce leaf, a burger patty, a slice of tomato, and a generous scoop of the feta spread on top. Add the top bun to finish.
- Serve: Enjoy your burger hot with a side of chips or a fresh salad!
Notes
Store leftover components separately. The feta spread can be prepared a day in advance.
