A refreshing and colorful fruit salad perfect for summer gatherings, packed with various fruits to brighten your meals.
Ingredients

- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and dry all the fruits thoroughly. Cube the watermelon, hull and halve the strawberries, chunk the pineapple, halve the grapes, dice the mango, segment the mandarin oranges, and peel and slice the kiwis.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the watermelon, strawberries, pineapple, grapes, mango, mandarin oranges, and kiwi slices.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey (if using) until well combined.
- Pour the lime-honey dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving for an extra refreshing taste.
Notes
For a special touch, add a scoop of vanilla yogurt on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 1-2 days.
