- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 (15 oz) can low sodium beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain the excess fat.
- Add the chopped bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and cover it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until heated through and flavors are combined.
- Serve warm.
