Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mix of panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Roll each cheese ball in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F (175°C) and fry in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
- Let them drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
