Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- In a shallow dish, combine cooled coffee and strawberry jam. Dip ladyfinger cookies briefly into the mixture.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with mascarpone on top.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor and avoid soaking the ladyfingers too long in the mixture.
