Description
A delicious dessert that combines the rich flavors of creamy cheesecake with the light, fruity taste of strawberries.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry puree (for swirling)
- Fresh strawberries (for garnish)
- Strawberry sauce (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake it at 325°F (163°C) for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat the cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well. Then, add the vanilla extract.
- Swirl with Strawberry Puree: Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry puree on top of the filling and swirl gently with a knife to create a beautiful marbled effect.
- Bake: Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 40-45 minutes or until the center is just set. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to firm up.
- Add the Final Touch: Before serving, garnish the cheesecake with fresh strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce for an extra burst of flavor.
Notes
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother filling. For best flavor, use fresh strawberries or store-bought strawberry puree.
