Description

A delightful dessert combining fresh strawberries and creamy Raffaello chocolates, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200g Raffaello balls
  • 250g strawberries, sliced
  • 500g quark
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package of sponge cake or cake base
  • Chocolate shavings (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake base in a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix quark, mascarpone, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Layer Raffaello balls and sliced strawberries on the cake base.
  4. Spread the quark-mascarpone mixture over the top of the strawberries and Raffaello balls.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  6. Before serving, top with chocolate shavings and additional strawberries if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh strawberries. Ensure quark and mascarpone are at room temperature for easier mixing. Adjust sugar to taste.
