Strawberry Popsicles with Condensed Milk

Description

A delightful summer treat combining the sweetness of strawberries with the creaminess of condensed milk, perfect for cooling down on a hot day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 350g strawberries
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 squeezed lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then blend them until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, combine the blended strawberries, condensed milk, powdered sugar, water, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  5. To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds before pulling out the popsicles.

Notes

Serve with an extra drizzle of condensed milk, fresh fruit, or whipped cream. Keep leftovers in the freezer for 2-3 months.
