- 1 oz coconut cream
- 6 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Whipped cream for frosting
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the Malibu rum, coconut cream, fresh pineapple juice, fresh strawberries, and crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass.
- Top with whipped cream for frosting and garnish with a strawberry or pineapple slice if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Best when served fresh. If storing, keep the blended mixture in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, adding fresh whipped cream just before serving.
