Description
Sweet and easy individual dessert cups combining rich cheesecake, Oreo cookie crust, and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos and melted butter together until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of serving cups to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in each cup.
- Top with the chopped strawberries.
- Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To enhance the flavor, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the crust.
