A refreshing no-bake dessert with layers of creamy filling and strawberry flavor, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 package of strawberry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 package of frozen strawberries, thawed and crushed
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 container of whipped topping, thawed
- 1 fresh strawberry for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the jello in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Add the crushed strawberries and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in the cold milk and vanilla extract.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer the cooled strawberry mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy blending. Adjust powdered sugar to taste.
