Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring creamy layers, crunchy graham crackers, and sweet strawberries, perfect for warm days and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed and at room temperature
  • 1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers
  • 1 pound strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer on high speed until it starts to thicken. Gradually pour in the sweetened condensed milk while mixing. Add cream cheese cubes one at a time, mixing well after each addition until thick and fluffy.
  2. Line the bottom of a 13×9-inch baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers. Pour 1 1/2 cups of cheesecake mixture over it and spread evenly. Add another layer of graham crackers and top with another 1 1/2 cups of cheesecake mixture. Repeat until all mixture is used, finishing with graham crackers on top. Crush remaining graham cracker and sprinkle over the final layer.
  3. Scatter sliced strawberries over the top. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes, or until set.

Notes

For a more pronounced strawberry flavor, mix some sliced strawberries into the cheesecake mixture before layering. Using store-bought whipped cream can save time.
