Instructions
- Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust: Mix together graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in strawberries and whipped cream.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
- Chill the Cheesecake: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh strawberries and whipped cream before serving.
