  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
  • Fresh strawberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the strawberry puree and vanilla until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the creamed mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan.
  9. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth and drizzle over the cooled cake.
  10. Top with fresh strawberries.
