- 6 waffle cones
- Fresh chopped strawberries
- 16 Golden Oreos
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 box (3 oz.) strawberry Jello mix
- 16 oz. softened cream cheese
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3–4 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a plastic bag, crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter and strawberry Jello mix in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined and fluffy.
- Take each waffle cone and coat the outside with a thin layer of white cake icing. Roll the iced cone in the strawberry crumb mixture to coat the exterior.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into the waffle cones. Add fresh chopped strawberries on top of the filling.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle the cones with the sweet glaze and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Enjoy chilled!
