A creamy and fruity dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Strawberry sauce (for drizzle)
  • Fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers and melted butter to form the crust. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition, then fold in sour cream. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 25–30 minutes or until set. Allow to cool.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, and sugar, folding gently until smooth. Spread this mixture over the cooled baked layer.
  4. Top with strawberry sauce and garnish with fresh strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be made a day ahead of serving.
