Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and crunchy vanilla wafers.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz (475 ml) heavy cream
  • 14 oz (396 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 box vanilla wafers (about 12 oz)
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vanilla Wafer Crust by crushing 2/3 of the box of vanilla wafers in a food processor. Mix with melted butter and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In serving cups or a trifle dish, layer the crushed vanilla wafers, cheesecake mixture, and sliced strawberries, repeating until you reach the top.
  6. Refrigerate the trifle until ready to serve.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best taste and feel free to add other fruits for variety.
