- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz (475 ml) heavy cream
- 14 oz (396 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 box vanilla wafers (about 12 oz)
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Prepare the Vanilla Wafer Crust by crushing 2/3 of the vanilla wafers in a food processor and mixing with melted butter.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until blended.
- In serving cups or a large dish, layer crushed vanilla wafers, cheesecake mixture, and sliced strawberries repeatedly until finished.
- Refrigerate the trifle until ready to serve, allowing flavors to meld.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for best flavor; store in the fridge for up to 3 days but is best enjoyed within 2 days.
