Description

A beautiful and easy-to-make dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake, sweet strawberries, and crunchy vanilla wafers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz (475 ml) heavy cream
  • 14 oz (396 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 box vanilla wafers (about 12 oz)
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Crush about 2/3 of the box of vanilla wafers in a food processor until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In serving cups or a trifle dish, layer crushed wafers, cheesecake mixture, and sliced strawberries, repeating until all ingredients are used.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for best flavor and try serving in a clear dish to showcase the layers. Save some crushed wafers for sprinkling on top for extra texture.
