- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz (475 ml) heavy cream
- 14 oz (396 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 box vanilla wafers (about 12 oz)
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Crush about 2/3 of the box of vanilla wafers in a food processor until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In serving cups or a trifle dish, layer crushed wafers, cheesecake mixture, and sliced strawberries, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for best flavor and try serving in a clear dish to showcase the layers. Save some crushed wafers for sprinkling on top for extra texture.
