- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and heavy cream. Pour into the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until set but wobbly.
- Cool with the oven off for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Spread strawberry jam over the cheesecake and top with sliced strawberries before serving.
