- 4 cups (8 scoops) vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 of a (6-inch) store-bought cheesecake, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Crushed graham cracker crumbs (for topping)
- Fresh strawberries (for topping)
- Homemade Strawberry Sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Strawberry Sauce (Optional): If desired, make a batch of Homemade Strawberry Sauce and let it chill completely.
- In a blender, combine the softened vanilla ice cream, cheesecake pieces, and graham cracker crumbs. Blend until smooth. Optionally add 1/4 cup of cooled strawberry sauce.
- Drizzle some of the chilled strawberry sauce inside each glass.
- Pour the milkshake mixture into the decorated glasses.
- Make the Cream Cheese Whipped Cream: Whip softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually mix in heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla, continuing to mix until holding soft peaks.
- Pipe the whipped cream onto the milkshakes and garnish with extra strawberry sauce, crushed graham cracker crumbs, and fresh strawberries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker milkshake, add more ice cream or reduce the amount of milk. You can switch to chocolate ice cream for a variation.
