- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined to form the crust mixture.
- Make small balls with the crust mixture and press a hole in the center of each ball.
- In another bowl, blend the cream cheese, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fill the holes in the balls with the cream cheese mixture and add a piece of fresh strawberry on top.
- Roll the balls in extra graham cracker crumbs for a nice coating.
- Chill the bites in the refrigerator for 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve these bites on a platter, optionally garnished with whole strawberries around them. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
