- 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 10 fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar to make a crust mixture.
- Form small balls with the mixture and press a hole in the center of each ball.
- In another bowl, blend the cream cheese, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fill the holes in the balls with the cream cheese mixture. Add a small piece of strawberry in the middle.
- Roll the filled balls in extra graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill the bites in the fridge for 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier blending. Adjust the amount of sugar based on the sweetness of your strawberries.
